    Recently bought a phone from the seller - "Top rated store"; he removed all his products after payment confirmed by Aliexpress and charged to the credit card.

    Can someone please advise how I can seek for refund as I can only request for order cancellation which require his approval?

    I think you are already in the trap, the Aliexpress unjust and unfair system will guide you into a dead valley, there is only one option you can use.:- the so called 《dispute》. Even so you can only use it once. So only dispute for full refund, if you settle for partial refund and anything else, that is it and end of story. BTW did you get any tracking no yet?
