Both you and your seller agreed to return the product for refund, please pay special attention to the following infomarion:
1.Select the agreed shipping method to return the goods according to seller’s returning address.
2.Return the parcel with valid tracking number.
To resolve this case smoothly, please provide the following documents within 10 calendar days.
1. The receipt or invoice of the shipping fee. Otherwise we will assume that you have given up the compensation for the returning cost.
2. The shipping document with returning address and valid tracking number. You are responsible for the loss of the pracel without tracking number.
We will suggest seller to pay the returning shipping fee to you after the valid receipt or invoice of the shipping fee was provided. If you send it to a wrong place or choosing another shipping method, you will be responsible for the loss.
If we haven't got these valid documents from you within 10 calendar days, we would assume that you want to keep the goods and release the payment to the seller.
If there's any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the dispute detail page. Or AliExpress shall have the right to proceed to handle the Claim based on the supporting documents available and/or the settlement terms reached in the Order Messages within the Time Limit between the Buyer and Seller.
