Вопрос к знатокам. Потерялась посылка. Приложил официальный ответ Почты России, что она утеряна, а возврат средств возложен на отправителя.
Али Экспресс мне прислал вот этот текст и ожидание 3 дня...
Что делать? отвечать за час до окончания, что я ее не получил??? или после 3-х дней начнется возврат автоматически и надо просто молчать?
